I joined Ladder back in November of 2015 as their first serious design hire, with the goal of building on the foundations of their brand identity and providing creative direction for all client-related collateral. I was also in charge of managing all external creative tasks - everything from landing pages, to email campaigns, to social media assets, and beyond.
